All equipment should be picked up or returned on regular work days during the semester between 12PM and 1PM in Building 345 from Rooms 107, 108, 109 or 203.
The Media Studies Technician – Chris Alemany – or someone delegated by him or the department will provide or accept the equipment.

By using this website or contacting anyone in the Media Studies department with regards to using equipment from the Media Studies department, I agree to promise to treat all items booked and/or used from or in the Media Studies Department with due care and to follow all instructions by faculty and staff pertaining to the handling, use, and limitations of the equipment.
I recognize that if any Media Studies equipment booked or used by me during my time as a student at Vancouver Island University or at any other time is damaged or rendered inoperable I may be held responsible for replacement or repair of the equipment.
I recognize that equipment that is booked by me is in my care for that period until I or someone I have chosen to represent me returns it in full to the Media Studies Department. It is my responsibility regardless of others who may use or transport the equipment.
While every possible means is employed to ensure all is in good working order, the Media Studies Department cannot guarantee that all equipment is safe and in perfect condition at all times.
All equipment is used at your own risk.
